Bangiya Sahitya Parishad, presently Located at C.C Mukherjee Road Adampur Bhagalpur, was established in the year 1905.The wok of this branch started n a room in Bhagalpur Institute. The emergence of some emerging literary writers of Bengali Literature in Bhagalpur seems to be one of the reasons for the opening of a second branch which is in Adampur Chowk, it has a huge library that is dedicated to books in Bengali language, Founder of the Bangiya Sahitya Parishad Kavi Guru Rabindranath Tagore.
